Washita is right by you there near Farmington and there is also a quarry near there as well I am trying to find info on. I think it is Bonne Terre mines and think they have trail riding too.

Hell yea, I'd be down, as long as I can get a hall pass from the wife for a day or an overnight camping trip.

Hey Red, are you talking about St Joe State Park or is there a place called Bonne Terre mines?

Yeah I think both, do you know about either?

I also think there is a place to swim in an old quarry down there.

Anyone wanna make a trip down that way this summer? There is a free place to camp at my buddies in Fredricktown.

St Joe has 2 lakes with beachs that I think you can swim at. I got countless days down there when I raced dirt bikes but some things have changed down there. Not sure if the trails will be good for jeeps or not but if you like some mud holes and sand there is a lot of that out in the open areas. I can make some calls and find out if it is worth while to take a jeep in there.

Default Cape Girardeau

I live in Jackson and am planning a trip to SMORR the first week of June. Anyone in the area (Jackson, Cape, Sikeston,Perryville......) who wants to go let me know via PM. I will be doing 1,2,3s. I've never been there so if there's anyone who has let me know. I'll be going regardless if anyone else does.
