Yep! My lease is up the end of November, so I am hoping to have some new things lined up by then. But, like Mark said, it's easier to add on later than to try to cancel.

I think it would be so cool to be able to go. I'm always up for doing something new.

Yeah...being back in AZ is rough. It's like walking into an oven right now and having all the air sucked out of your lungs. Bleh. Florida was pleasant even with the humidity and DAILY RAIN!!!

Drink lotsa water, Killa!

Spent all day saturday in Moore. Man there are some nice jeeps up there. Went ahead and bought me a G.E.A.R. seat cover. Since switching to these electronic cigarettes i've always got more than my cupholders can handle so i mainly wanted them for the webbing around the seat area. Somewhere for the cell phone, ecig, juice, wallet.

Spent way too much money though. Got new sheets for my new king size bed, a new frame for it, the seat cover, a pair of oakleys the wife got a pair of ray bans (more than my oakleys) and a bunch of other junk for the house. Lol we spent way too much money. I shoulda stayed home and bought a lift.

random subject- heat shield rattle.

I replied to the thread about the fix for this rattle because I'm getting desperate. I don't know if my motor is fixin to take a shit, or if I just need to poke something with a screw driver, but my clattering is getting scary.

It's very loud when the hood is popped and load is applied to the motor.. it NEVER rattles in neutral or park, only in drive or reverse at around 2k RPM. taking off from a stop results in very odd looks from other drivers.

I've checked the heat shield under the Jeep right behind the skid plate and all the welds are good.. I tried prying at all of them and they were quite snug- I even sprayed all the dried clay off the skid plates that was touching the exhaust it hopes that would silence it, but nope.

with the hood popped, it sounds like something wants to come out the driver side of the motor at high velocity.. but as soon as you run the pressure sprayer over it at the car wash, the clattering immediately stops- once it warms up again, the clatter returns. I tried prying the driver side exhaust manifold heat shield around with zero luck- in fact I think it made it worse lol

Can I pull this heat shield off? or would that result in catastrophic failure due to melted wires?

I'm gonna make a video of this clattering in hopes of getting some further input. It runs really strong- it just makes an ass load of noise.

and yes, all fluids are good and topped off. I check the oil frequently.

a video of it would probably help the best. I may not be able to point out the direct problem, but if you make a video, someone on here will sure be able to. I had a vibration after shifting into 2nd and 3rd and the rpms drop after releasing the clutch...but that stopped and this sounds nothing like that problem. Cause the rattle came from the rear of mine. So yeah a video should help alot. hope it goes away soon for ya

I had the same problem, mine was the heat shelid that ran from the pass side over to the driver side. I took 4 1 1/4 metal hose clamps and put around the shelid and pipe. No more rattles.
