something strange happened today.... When i left work and hopped in the jeep i turned the key and no fire... Just clicked like the battery was dead but radio and lights came on. Think my battery got too hot? is that even a real problem? tried to call the wife to come get me, she didn't answer and tried it again and it fired right up.

Weird. Were you mean to her? I mean the Jeep. Might want to check the starter and alternator.

How old is your Jeep, and are you still using the factory battery?

My factory batter died a similar death after about 40K miles

Now I have a Die Hard platinum and couldn't be happier

I'm prepared for the swamp ass today. Wore my special absorbent hanes and slacks, it won't get me down Nothing like walking in the house and having the kids ask why my shirt is wet in the front (seat belt line is always fun) and back.

I'm ready for fall damn it.

automatic?

if so, I think there's a problem with the transmission position sensor or something like that. Mine does it about every 4-5 days. Put it in neutral or rock it back and forth a little while in park and then fires right up. Been too busy to take it in to have it looked at or fixed.
