Right away, one thing I can say is that your caster is set wayyyyyyy low at 2.7. It needs to be closer to around 5; some run it around 6 - 6.5. But you'll need to install the front lowers to do that. That may be a big part of the problem in your case.

I got all 5 tires balanced and rotated with a alignment for about 70 bucks

I think that should be plenty of time.

I am going to try to get the axle shaft put together before then. The shaft is in four pieces (driver & passenger, inner & outer) so I need to assembly the u-joints.

Having that already done should speed up the process on Saturday.

Humm... I had a bad experience at Hibdon, but it was the one over on memorial at the creek turnpike. Perhaps I'll have to give this other one a try the next time I'm need need of services.

I guess I could go ahead and do that as well. That will need to be done before the axle shafts.

In fact, the axle shafts will go in dead last. We will need to put the carrier back in before the axle shafts can go in.

I always went to the little shop just north of Trips on Sheridan, I forget the name.
This was for my pickup though, so I only got a front end alignment.
I got good deals on tires too, not sure what they do for MT or AT but I got some nice ltl tires for a great price.
