Jerry, I think I saw you on the B.A. this morning.
Just after 8am, were you headed east on the B.A.? I was heading west, and was about at Mingo and saw a white 4-door headed east. It looked like he had a shovel on his front bumper

How about backpacking? I'd love to find someone to partner up with for a night or two in Charon's Garden (part of the refuge).
