And those are not figures from the computer calc, those are manually calculated. In-town gas mileage is right around 13 - 14.5mpg, again depending on whether I get E10 gas or non-ethanol blend.
Wow, I am envious of your gas mileage

After my re-gear my MPG tanked to never before seen lows. I get 13 to 14 highway, and 16 city... yep, you read that right, I get better gas mileage in the city than I do on the open highway

Of course, all I run is E-10 and I can only check my MPG the old fashioned way

Now that you mention it, no, I haven't. Of course, after going back to the stock pitman arm, there's no way to get a torque wrench in there to check the torque on the drag link to pitman arm . But I guess I could and should check it at the knuckle.

Well, that makes sense - it runs higher rpms after the regear at highway speeds, so your fuel mileage will drop on the highway, whereas running around in town, past yellow cones and barrels, you're usually running lower rpms in comparison and far slower speeds - so fuel economy goes up. You're on the way to having a full hybrid my friend

a torque wrench will fit there to check the draglink to pitman hold the allen wrench as you tighten the nut with a end wrench then use a torque wrench to finish it up

Oh, and by the way, talking of torque settings, guess what I noticed the other day?? Torque settings for rear upper and lowers are not 75 - 80 ft lbs.

Take a look at this: http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-...tings#rearsusp
