Other than some confusion about the bolts, things went well. Torquing the lubelocker took the longest. With the tierod there isn't much room down there for a torque wrench.
looks good is that thread tape on the drain plug

It's lube on my drain plug

Yes, that is thread tape... Manoj recommended it to make the drain plug go in easier... PITA is what they were. The fill plug doesn't sit flush with the cover... I think TF got a little slap happy with the over spray.

Odd thing is that I was only able to get a quart in the diff before it started flowing back out.

I have no idea how you guys are getting 1.5 in there

Park uphill facing up and it'll take a lot more fluid in . But seriously, mine took all of the first quart bottle, and about less than half of the 2nd one
