Thanks Manoj for talking me through those bolts. Although I am not sure where you sent those pictures, I font think I received them.
Other than some confusion about the bolts, things went well. Torquing the lubelocker took the longest. With the tierod there isn't much room down there for a torque wrench.

is that thread tape on the drain plug

Yes, that is thread tape... Manoj recommended it to make the drain plug go in easier... PITA is what they were. The fill plug doesn't sit flush with the cover... I think TF got a little slap happy with the over spray.

. But seriously, mine took all of the first quart bottle, and about less than half of the 2nd one
