OK bs
I have an Aussie... I can't imagine that would displace about .5 quarts... but it would displace some.

Also... I could never get the fill plug to go in as far as I'd like. So, I gave up on it. The factory plug actually git the TF cover without problems. It is the same thread count, and same length as the TF one. So I went with that one instead.
It still sticks out a little, but not as much as the TF one did. And also, I am more likely to have a 3/8" driver with me than a 3/8" allen wrench

I think the drain plug is as good as it's going to get. It has only 1 thread exposed. For all practical purposes, it's flush. The fill plug bothers me, but that's easy to fiddle with without lossing all my oil.
And good thinking with putting the stock fill plug in. I should've done that, but just recently tossed the stock diff covers (and the plug) in the trash.
Nope, I have a 4.10 LS, same difference though - and yes your aussie would take up some of the room where fluid would've been - I'd presume, atleast .25 - .3 quarts. And you have 5.13s, so the size of the R&P would be different. That may be part of the difference? Your JK wasn't facing down on a slight slope/incline, was it??
Yes, I was parked ever so slightly up hill. And by slightly, it was maybe a couple of degrees, not much. Definitely not flat, and definitely not down hill.
I guess all you can do is put oil in there till it comes back out. And, this is definitely a lot more oil than the stock covers let me put in there. They only let me put like .5 to .75 before they overfilled.... so this HAS to be better than that.

. You have an iPhone, don't you? I figured you had unlimited texting and pixing. Didn't occur to just email it
. But seriously, mine took all of the first quart bottle, and about less than half of the 2nd one
