What do you do when you get a phone call from a number you don't recognize. My phone rang and it was 764-000-2956. Now, I'm not that dumb that I'll answer a call from an area code I don't recognize, and the 000 exchange (ain't no such thing since when you tried to dial it you'd immediately be directed to the operator--er, computer, er whatever). It also said "Name Unavailable". What hogwash. I'm on the do not call registry, and I have my phone set with Cox Comm to not send me calls without Caller ID info (anonymous call rejection). But, they still do. Anyway, I just pick up the handset and leave it off. I hope someone on the other end is trying to talk to me--see if I'm dumb enough to talk to them.

Anyway, put the number into Google (what did we do BG--before Google?) and learn that it's a bunch of scammers trying to get credit card information or some such nonsense. Why can't we rid the country of these scum?
