I have the Mopar rebranded McGuard locking lug nuts. They do NOT spin freely. But they still hold up well. When I still ran then on my spare, someone tried to swipe my spare. They took a vise grip or something to it. They marked up the whole outside of it trying to take it off. No success for them, and the locks paid for themselves in one evening.
No telling how many would be thieves didn't make it nearly as far as this one did.
