well...I now have some reading to do..cause I now have DW..the train track gotta stop completely DW...installed RC 2.5 this weekend..steering was flighty but this AM the DW hit..with my Rubi springs I'm at about 3-3.25 inch of hight...castor is 4...DS angle 6...Pinnion angle is 4...toe in is spot on...i added front and rear trac bar bracket...I am within 1/8 inch centered on front and back...everything was torgued (with Jeep on ground)..there was no play in trac bar bolts...had a TF leveling kit on before and it was perfect...any thoughts...Guess I will start with Planmans write up and go from there..
Try taking the trackbar "bracket" off... They are weak and also flex under stress

One of the main things I was reading is to loosen the trackbar bolts and jump up and down on the bumper then retorque.. Something must be in a bind to throw off the camber. If your toe is not wrong. Related or not when I had DW on my TJ the main cause was the bottom of my tires were toed in too far.

Let me know if you need any help with anything.

Had a 4.5 inch bds lift and gears put in the jeep while I was on vacation last week. Since I was out if town my dad picked it up for me and had a case of full blown DW on the way home. Since I am sitting on stock rims and tires until I can save for larger tires the rear sway bar had to be left undone due to backspacing. I am hoping and praying that the disconnected sway bar is the culprit but since it was the rear bar I kind of doubt it. until I can get back home and look it over I will not know for sure. My last battle w DW was solved w new drag link and ball joints. I'll keep you informed of what it takes to win round two. Good luck w your DW, and keep us posted!!!

If it's an RC trackbar drop bracket, I'd start by first ditching that. I've had a personal experience with their drop brackets not staying put even when torqued down to 125+ ftlbs. Secondly, if you use a trackbar drop bracket, you have to use a drop pitman arm as well, or your drag link and trackbar will no longer be parallel to each other - another cause that will cause severe bumpsteer which could lead to DW. Take the trackbar drop bracket off, and see if that helps - your axle may be off center, but other than looking a little goofy, it shouldn't hurt anything till you can get an adjustable trackbar. Also, if your driveshaft angle and pinion angle are off that far, you could and eventually have driveline vibrations which may cause the driveshaft to prematurely wear out - adjustable control arms may be in your near future.

Well when I was talking about that I was refering more to my old TJ.. my camber was off and so my tires toed in. Once I got bigger tires and better offset it corrected that since they werent adjustable either.
