I fought DW for a long time but finally ( with the help of others ) narrowed it down until it was fixed
I did not loosen or re torque the UCA...or the track bar bolt on drivers side...but everything else..yes.

Did not have it alliances but I centered the steering wheel. And checked my toe in ...it all measured out.

if it were me I would start by loosening the track bar up and bounce up and down on the bumper and then re-torque. same with the control arms up front, then test drive. good starting point if you don't get it fixed by the weekend ,I can see if I have some free time and we can set something up to see if we can knock the DW out .

Toe in was 1/8 inch. Measured it 10 times. So loosen both track bar bolts and UCA...

yes and the LCA's too. just enough to free them up if they are binding ...bounce it a few times , it should settle and then re-torque to spec if the toe is close to 1/8 or less it will cause DW from what others have posted

toe in has to do with the angle of which the front tires set, but if it really close or under 1/8 it will cause DW
