I just pulled the front and back seat carpets out and got some rubber floor mats and I think it looks fine like that without even bedlining

Good thing about a white Jeep is that almost any interior will look good color-wise. And if you already have something to tie it into, like the rings on the wheel, I think it'll look good . Personally, I favor either gray or black - single color - but that's just me.

X2. I've been running with no carpets for over a year now and it's fine. I will eventually get it bedlined though - it's always good to have some extra protection for the paint.

In my case, it isn't... I have the full carpet off all the way from the front to the back. Gives you access to the drain plug in the back storage. The back lid still works fine because it just slides under the two loops like normal.

Pulling carpet out easy.. Just trying to get an idea.. Like my TJ for instance I would pull it out and leave it out in the spring and summer, but then I would put it back in during the winter... JK easy in and easy out?? Then again once its out it may not go back in..

I leave mine out year round, it can be a small pain getting it under the edges like factory but it goes back in.

Only issue I see with going with a red color is that say eventually you change your shocks to something else, or your rings get scratched up and the paint wears off the red rings, it may look a little out of place with nothing else to tie it to. But otherwise, I think the red will look good in your case - White and Black and two neutral colors that you could just about put any interior on and you'd be fine

Mine hasn't gone back in - I took it out and tossed it into a commercial dumpster. Ran it two winters with no carpet and it really didn't bother me and I don't miss not having it. Sure it looked nicer than the bare floor, but other than that, it's fine. So, can't answer your question on the "easy in" - but it was relatively easy to take out.
