I haven't. And it didn't have a dent when I changed my oil after that either. I have no idea what happened.

Good luck with that, but I probably wouldn't hold my breath on the dealer covering that under warranty. Warranty only covers items against manufacturer's defect, and a baseball sized dent may not be considered as one

Actually, I was thinking it would be useful even if it is covered. Or, if the dealer lets you get away with replacing your oil pan TWICE, let me know what dealer that is because my warranty expired last year, but ...
