Default Same color hard tops

I have seen pics of Unlimited with hard tops that are the same color as the jeep. Is the 3 piece factory top paintable? The ones I've seen don't look like the factory one?

Yes, most anything is paintable. It's a custom job though and I'm sure it's a bit expensive.

A friend of mine had his top painted. I don't have any pictures of it but it turned out real nice. He got it painted for about 500 I believe. It was going to be a lot more if he wanted the top smooth paint as then they would have to do some body work to take the roughness out of the top. He chose to have it done still being rough and it still makes it look like its the top is a different piece which I personally think looks better.

I bought mine from the dealer with the top painted to match the body. I like it and think it looks good. It is Rescue green in color and helps it stand out around here where there are easily half a dozen in our small city.

I would think having Line-X Spray on bedliner would be the best option. A bed costs something like $400, so I would guess a top would be similar in price.

Durable and I have seen them offer colors to match trucks.
