St. Louis Lift Install Help
Let me start by saying I am doing this all from my phone so searching for locals is not possible, unless I missed something and if I have please forgive me.
I am in the process of purchasing a Tera-Flex 2.5" Budget Boost and instead of paying the $600 to get it installed I'd love to see if anyone has the time, place, and tools to help me install it. I currently live in an apartment and have no access to anything to do this myself. I also work Tues-Sat 10:30p-7:30a, which means Sun-Mon off.
If there are any members willing to help please leave a comment here or PM me and we can talk.
I'd be willing to provide lunch and beer, as well as travel to you.
Thanks in advance for considering my request.

Have you had any luck with offers? Their are actually alot of on here from the St. Louis area but not a lot of traffic in this area of the forums. We have done several of these lift parties in the past and I am sure that once the weather turns springish and we can plan something. I have hosted several in the past and don't have a problem doing it but my weekends fill up real fast between the kids and MWJT events. Winter around this area, most of us go into hybernation and only go out for hockey games, beer and wheeling.
Marvin I have not had any responses yet. I appreciate your response. I am still waiting for the call from the distributor fir my lift kit. On a side note, I am still trying to decide on a bumper and tires to go along with my lift.
Can you tell me what 35" tire 'sizes' I can put in my stock Sahara wheels? I am having trouble deciphering what sizes I can get away with?
Thanks for any and all help you can provide me.

sknahsb, just saw your post. I could probably help you out. I noticed also that you're wanting 35s. I have 35s and am wanting 37s. I was wondering if you would want to buy my tires. They are like new; less than 2000 miles. We could work out a price with me helping you out with the lift install. My tires are Dick Cepek Mud Countries. Either way, I could probably find time to help you get the lift on. Let me know. PM me on here with your phone number.
Oh-and hello Marvin. I'm the one you bought the tie rod from. Hope all is going well.

If you are wanting to go 35's w/stock rims then you will need some wheel spacers or just buy some 35's and wheels. The back spacing on factory rims is to deep and bigger tires will rub at turns and other situations. You can get spacers for around 200$ or less depending on brand and if new or used.
Whats up T&E! You only want 37's so you can be more like me!
Didn't I see you at Axleboys chili challenge? Still haven't got that tierod put on yet.

I just got my 2010 JKU a week ago and I have purchased my first lift kit. I will be installing it over the next couple weeks. I got the coil teraflex 2.5" with shock adapters. I am intersted in getting into some 35" tires but I do not want to jump on the deal if you two already made plans. I have the stock 17 inch wheels and ordered some wheel spacers. I came on to this section to find some trails to get my new toy dirty once I finished the lift.
