Floor jack
After loosening the body mount bolts on the driver's side, I went to the passenger side and removed the bolts. I then used a floor jack and piece of 2x4 under the body, at the seam, to lift it enough to slide in the spacers. I started the bolts back in the holes and dropped it down and then snugged up the bolts. After that, I went to the driver's side, removed the bolts and repeated the process. When all of the spacers were in and the bolts started, I removed each bolt, applied some loctite, and reinstalled them, tightening them this time. When all of the bolts were tightened, I went back around and re-tightened them , just to be certain that they were all tight.

I have a manual so I can't check, but it seems like I read that the autos now have a cable shifter instead of the old linkage type. This should mean no shifter/linkage mods if you have an auto. Maybe somebody can confirm this for you.
