Same install procedures... minus the modification to the shifter boot. Makes the auto install SLIGHTLY easier.

So how did you actually lift the body to get the 1" spacer in?

After loosening the body mount bolts on the driver's side, I went to the passenger side and removed the bolts. I then used a floor jack and piece of 2x4 under the body, at the seam, to lift it enough to slide in the spacers. I started the bolts back in the holes and dropped it down and then snugged up the bolts. After that, I went to the driver's side, removed the bolts and repeated the process. When all of the spacers were in and the bolts started, I removed each bolt, applied some loctite, and reinstalled them, tightening them this time. When all of the bolts were tightened, I went back around and re-tightened them , just to be certain that they were all tight.

I have a manual so I can't check, but it seems like I read that the autos now have a cable shifter instead of the old linkage type. This should mean no shifter/linkage mods if you have an auto. Maybe somebody can confirm this for you.
