Default 1" Body Lift (such as MORE)

What are the disadvantages? Do you have to adjust any belts in the engine compartment?

I hear it is not really needed on the jk. No lift and you can fit 33's. 2.5"- 3" lift cant fit 35's. 4" lift can fit 37's.

I lifted my 4 door jk 2.5''. I decided to go with a 34.4 inch tire. I think I am going to need a 1'' body lift. I am waiting on the wheels right now. So if anyone does know about any disadvantages -- please let us know THANKS.

Default No problem.

I have the one inch M.O.R.E. body lift installed already. No extra mods need to be done. It is very straight forward and looks great.

Yeah... just one. I will have more tomorrow. You can see the aluminum puck above the front passenger turn signal. http://my.project-jk.com/data/500/me...eoPics_012.jpg

That looks sharp. What are the details on your setup? Looks like 3" + 1", and 37" on 18"

I think it is 4 + 1.

I don't think 1" offers to many or any disadvantages. More than that and the bolts get to long and loose their shear strength in an accident. I have heard stories of bodies ripping off the frame. I guess people don't think they look good either if you go more than an inch because you can see a bunch of spacers all around the vehicle.

Edit: Also you can have problems with shift levers, etc because now they are shorter. Depending how high of a body lift you do, you may have to shim transmissions etc.
