16x10 wheels

I have a 2010 jk and I want to replace the stock 17" wheels and tires. I would like to go to 16x10 procomp 1069 wheels with 305 70r16 wheels. Will this be OK with no issues? Also, does anyone know the availability of procomp wheels, everywhere I look onlinem most if not all wheels are on back order, whats up with that?
