Default 17x8 -10mm

Looking at a set of wheels. These wheels are a pretty good price but I can not wrap my head around the backspace numbers.

Here is the link-----> KMC XD775 Rockstar XD77578043310 Rims Set of 4 17x8 10mm Offset 5x5 0 M Black | eBay

RIMS SET OF 4 17X8 10MM OFFSET
Will these fit nicely on my 08 Unlimited? I don't want them sticking way out from the flares. I have been searching my head off trying to find pics and to be honest I think my brain exploded looking at all the numbers. Does anyone have this offset and can post pics????

Are you sure they are -10mm and not +10mm? Assuming they are +10, that is a backspacing of about 4.9". Most guys are running 4.5" of backspacing. However, with an 8" wide wheel, it sticks out less. It would be pretty close to flush with the fender. If you are going to run 35s, they'll stick out slightly from the fenders.

Btw, if it actually -10 backspacing, they'll stick out further than what I just described.

If you look at the eBay listing, it just states 10mm offset. It really doesn't give a + or -. I will send an email and check.. I would like them to be more flush than sticking out. I will most likelyu end up with 33's or 34's. For now.

You're gonna be "sticking out."

My 18x9's have a 5" backspace (0 offset) and sit close to flush. 285/70R18 (33") Toyo Open Country's mounted to them.

Wouldn't a 4.5 offset on a 9" wheel be 0?
