Man, if you can drop $3000 a month into your jk, I'd get the evo front coilovers and let them set in a box until the next month instead of dropping serious coin on just shocks.

i can keep it at 3" and build the suspension in stages instead of jumping right into EVO coil overs and spending a bunch of money on other parts like DS's, regear, and other equipment

i want to get a pedestrian guard and winch too

if you get a 3" lift, for example, you may net over 3.5"-5" of actual lift. at that point, your shocks may not work. most JK lifts are giving well over their rated height.

the shock spec recommended for for the TF BB 2.5 is

front - 26.89 extended - 16.5 collapsed
rear - 28.09 extended - 17.25 collapsed

I wonder what the King's are

right and the point that i and others was trying to make is that those will work with a BB, but maybe not when you decide to upgrade in the near future. if you bought expensive shocks now, its like throwing money away. but its your jeep and your $$

the shock options for the Kings are 0-3" and 4-7" so even if the boost brought me over 3 but under 4 I should be ok. Slowly adding weight as I plan to will squish me down a bit. I'm just thinking which 2.5" TF lift to use with the King shocks and 35's. The one 2.5" kit keeps you at that height and the other averages 3" for 2 dr but could go higer on light stock JK that I 'll have for a short while before adding weight.

some desert runing could be a possibility in Arizona when I make it out there

I put a hold on the King Shocks. Thanks a lot. But I put in new seats and ordered a front bumper

I think I want to get the bread together to put in the EVO coils front and rear with King's or the front and rear double throwdown.

While i work on the money for that:

I would like to get the 35's and sidebiters on there. So, should i just put rusty's or TF 2" spacers in front and rear to hold me over til i get the EVO suspension?
