It probably is an out of balance tire then.. I know you un-rotated them, but did you try just switching one of the tires from the front to back? do you rotate in the spare? Maybe you can narrow it down to one tire.

I am not saying it is the lifts fault, just figured that my alignment was not perfect and causing uneven tire wear, which then caused the shaking when I rotated them.

I was running 285/75 16 pro comp all terrains, which started to develop tread separation, but only on the rear tires. Kind of odd, but it occurred twice. They replace the rear 2 tires, and about 6k miles later it happened again. The second set had not been off road at all and the tire pressure was checked regularly. First there were cracks near the bead, and they pointed out the separation around the outer diameter near the tread. The merchant where I purchased them switched them out for BFG all terrains and the shaking went away. I will be curious to see what happens at my next rotation.

Is it possible to properly align the vehicle with the budget boost to avoid uneven tire wear? I did not think it was, so was considering replacing my lift.

I had a bad wheel on my one of my cherokees. It gave me a death wobble though.... Jack Williams said their machine was dead on too.... they said all the tires balanced fine, until I made the mechanic take it for a ride. The death wobble scared the crap outa him I took it home and kept flipping wheels in different locations, including the spare, until I found the one that was causing it. I took the one back and they took that tire off, flipped it to a new rim, problem solved. They were brand new wheels. Hopefully yours is just a tire outa balance though.

Default just had the wooble WITH UNROTATED TYRES and 2,5BB

I had never touched the tyres nor even disasseble them.
After woing 500miles to the Jeep camp and 500 more back and doing around 200 miles after the trip I got my first wobble today at around 45-55miles.

I have checked the JK under and found the steering damper loosing lots of oil.

I did not align after installing the 2,5BB.

I am a little worried

I have considered taking the BB lift off, and replacing it with a more complete kit.
