2.5 Budget Boost or 1.5 Performance Leveling Kit?

2.5 Budget Boost or 1.5 Performance Leveling Kit?
I need some pros and cons!
Northridge 4x4
TeraFlex JK 4-door 1.5" Performance Leveling Kit (1351500) $379.95
or
TeraFlex JK Wrangler 2.5" Performance Budget Boost w/Shock Adaptors (1355210) $331.54
I'm probably only going to go up to a 33" tire in a year or so.
Will I need spacers with either of these setups with the stock BFG MT's?
