Default 2.5" coil lift and e-discos

I will install next week the Rough Country BB 2.5"

Coil spacers are 2.5" front and 2" rear

For the rear; no problem because it's only 2" higher, and the stock rear sway bar links are 9" of length

The problem is in the front. It will be 2.5" higher, and what will happen if I use my Rubi e-discos? Also, the stock front sway bar links are only 5" of length.

What is the best solution? Buying longer front sway bar links?
What is the perfect length? 7" or 8"?

Longer rear links, then move the stock rears to the front.

Or adjustables.

Or Disco's, and rip out that cheap rubi e-disco...

But whichever way you go, don't leave short links up front.

Rear links are too long for the front:

Lift 2.5"
Front links: 5"
Rear links: 9"

5" + 2.5" = 7.5" It will be 1.5" too long

But I'm maybe wrong...

If you leave the stock (short) links up front and disco your rubi sway bar, it is possible to "wrap" the sway bar. That is bad.

For the price, pick up a new set. http://northridge4x4.ca/proddetail.p...AYBAR-LINKS-JK

Rear links are too long for the front:
Look at the install instructions for any of the kits out there that tell you to do exactly that.

From the TF 2.5" install instructions:
25. Remove stock rear swaybar
links and move them to the front
swaybar.
Here is one of the many threads concerning short front links. Great pic...

So you think that the rear sway bar links will be okay in the front? It's 9" of length. The front sway bar will be more than 5 degres higher of the level

Rear links up front is very very common. You'll see that advice all over this board. Or go to the TerFlex site and look at the install instructions for their 2.5" kit. It includes longer rear links, and tells you to move the stock rears up front.

And here is a step from the 3.25" RC kit. (2.5" coil with 3/4" spacer - includes new rear links)
13. Install the factory rear sway bar link in place of the factory front sway bar link.
But it's your jeep. Run them short and roll the dice. Just be sure to post the 'after' pics when you pretzel the links.

OKAY

I have an apointment next week for the RC 2.5 BB lift (2.5" front / 2" rear)

I decided to install the rear sway bar links in the front. I will have 9" sway bar links in front. Will it be too long? (The original length is 5")

An for the rear, I wil have to buy new sway bar links. What is the perfect length?
How about 10"?
Last year, I had the RC 4" lift, and the rear sway bar links was 10" of length.
