Default 2.5" lift, 35s door step in height

Hey guys,

If you have a 2.5" lift and 35s, or really any lift with 35s, could you measure the height of the door opening from the ground for me? Trying to get a feel for it as I currently am shopping for a JK. Thanks!

2.5 Rock Krawler Stock Mod with 35" Toyo MT's. I'm 27" from the bottom of the door to the ground. This is on a 2011 JKU.

Variables. Getting numbers from someone else could be meaningless to what 'you' actually end up with. Why not just use the 2.5" lift height plus half of the tire height increase. Or 4" total for stock 32's to 35's (2.5 lift, 1.5 tires), or 5.5" from stock 29's to 35's (2.5 lift, 3.0 tires) ...

I understand your point, and I agree, but I don't own a JK yet. Just trying to gets ballpark figure is all. Thanks for the responses!
