Check out Performance Accessories, don't know about the 6spd specifically but I would think it would work with some trimming for shifter clearance.

A one inch BL requires minor mods to work with a 6 speed. A 2 inch will require modification no matter what brand. Anything you use is going to raise the body 2 inches above the transmission. This will cause the shaft of the shifter to contact the body while shifting, there is no way around this no matter what brand you get. I'm guessing if there was a motor lift like the TJs have available this would help minimize the space between the body and tranmission but I haven't seen one for the JK. It also seems like a lot of work for something frowned upon by almost every Jeep owner.

I would say just get a 1 inch and a BB... but it's your Jeep... that's what I did on mine.

I helped a friend with a 2 inch body lift on his JK, and 2 hours after it was on, I helped him take it out. Lots and lots of work. 1st, 3rd, and 5th gears were OK. He was going to need major mods (cutting to clear 2nd, 4th, and 6th gear). We couldn't even get close to reverse. It took many hours, jacks, and bandages. Not as simple as you would think. He ordered a TF BB, which will probably be easier to install with less complications.

Thought I would add this to the post. I spoke with Dale Hudson at Performance Automotive Group. He said and I quote

( You should not need to make any modifications to the shift levers or the floor pan. This kit should realistically be a straight forward installation, and should only take a few hours to complete.)

This information is for their 2" BL on a 2008 JK 4 door with a manual transmission.
