2" OME lift help ?

Hey guys so I want to get the ome 2" lift for my 12 Jk sport 2dr 6 speed but I keep seeing that the net lift after you put it on is like 3-4 inches. Now here is my question if I only have a front bumper with a winch on her now if I put the ome lift in, if it nets more then 2.5" will I have to put 1310 drive shafts in or what ?

I have a 12 2door that I put 2" OME springs on. Light duty. No aftermarket bumpers yet, no DS issues. My rear angles look kind if steep, I could prob use rear UCAs but I've been hitting serious trails and had no issues so far.

Then you're on the right track. I've run trails rated 7-8 several times this year with 2" OME on my rubi w 285-70-17 and billy 5100s. A few other goodies on there too but you get my point.

Did you see what your height was after you put your ome in ?

I got 2.5" of lift with my OME setup. Heavy duty front (bumper and winch) and light duty rear. No problems.

The OME agent should be tuning the package to suit your setup. Some people swap out the springs for heavy duty when they don't need them and this will result in more lift and a stiffer ride.

Looks amazing thanks its funny I have 285/70/17 on right now so that's the perfect height thank you again now to look into some rear driveshafts just in case

You're welcome. I think you'd benefit more from rear UCAs than from a DS right away. Also, plan on track bars and reinforcement brackets and sway bar links. I left my rears alone and got longer ones up front, though I'm sure someone's gonna trash talk me on that any second. Do your own brake line extensions. Ask If you need further clarification on that.
