2012 Wheel Hub Assembly
Ok...Here's my dilemma:
I ordered a WJB automotive wheel & hub assembly from Rock Auto (part # WA513272). When installing the part and comparing the length of the abs/speed sensor wiring, the wiring I had was longer by about 4in and would make it much easier to use. I installed the part and plugged in the old sensors (that had worked) previously and that caused everything to go haywire. According to my scan it had one front wheel reading at 0mph and the other at twice the speed I was actually going.
My question is where to do from here:
Would my sensors actually not be able to be used with the new part?
Should I try to use the shorter wires that came with the part I bought?
Should I try to order other speed sesnor hookup and use that?
Should I just purchase a better brand wheel hub and use the cords that come with it, and chalk this up as a loss?
Thanks!
