Default 2012 Wrangler stalled and won’t start

I was plowing snow with my Wrangler and it stalled, now if I sit there and keep cranking it over it will finally start.
The engine light and traction control light comes on and I have 3 codes. The code reader shows

* multiple cylinder misfire
* torque request signal denied
* crank position sensor circ interupted

If I clear the alarms they will come back on within a few seconds.
I tried taking the positive terminal off the battery hoping it will rest the computer.

Anyone have and ideas?!

You should take the negative terminal off the battery for clearing, not the positive. Not sure exactly why, but that's what I have always read.
