Will cold air induction and throttle-body spacer make any difference in performance on 2013 3.6?

Yep, pissing into the wind. You have a couple choices. Regear or supercharger. Both will make a big difference. The computer will adjust for small things like exhaust and intakes. You'd need a tuner and even then, you're talking a handful of horsepower. Not enough to be worth voiding the engine warranty.

Both regear and a supercharger will make driving this pig bearable. That's what I did. Can't see keeping it any other way.
