Ok 20's with 33's might be best. I have a lead foot. Lol usually drive around 80-85mph. It's a bad habit I have from driving hyway in my patrol car.

I'm actually currently driving (addicted to the forum) and running 80-85 and it's smooth as can be (for a Jeep of course)

look at the sizes in my last post. they are all right around a 33 and all have several makes to choose from as far as tires go. Anything from bfg at/mt, nittos, falkens, duratracs. Tread depot or tire rack should be able to pull you up some choices for those sizes.

Also there is a thread on here with guys running 20's on 33's. Take a look at it. It'll give you a good direction with what you wanna run as a wheel/tire combo.

Reading this thread makes me wish sometimes that I had poured 2000$ into wheels and tires instead of the audio system I have now. But then I remember my Jeep is a moving concert by itself and that I'll be deaf by 21!!! So it was more than well worth it!!!

they aren't gonna fit without a lift, and it's not gonna drive how you want it to unless you do gears.

Have you thought these costs out: Lift Kit, Driveshafts, Gears, Axle Gussets, Axle Sleeves (if bigger than 35's), AEV Procal, plus Labor? This is obviously in addition to the $3-4k in wheels and tires... just to do the job right. Most people think you can just toss on big wheels and call it a day and not realize there's another $5-6k involved.
