I have searched and read every post I could find on this subject but could not find the answer. I'm putting on 275/70/18 on a Sahara with a 2 1/2 inch lift . I know I won't have any rubbing on the hight but---Here is the question.

Will I have any rubbing or will I need wheel spacers with stock rims?

 

Based on the information I have seen over the last several months, 11" wide (yours will be about 10.83") should be okay with no rubbing. I am looking at a similar size tire with my 2.5" lift and not planning on spacers initially, other than to maybe get a wider stance.

I think you are good to go, then just watch for evidence and sounds of rubbing.

 

I have that exact set up and have no rub issues. This picture is with 1.5" spidertrax spacers, but I ran them for several months with no spacers.

 

What tires are you putting on?
