I have a 07 4door Unlimited with a 4" Pro Comp Lift. The front drive shaft has expired. I found a new take off from a 2016 2DR.I called the dealer and the part numbers are different, but does anyone know if it would work? It's only $50. Thanks in advance for any help.

There's a bunch of differing part numbers for the drive shafts. I think (but am not sure) that the fronts are the same. The rear 4 door is longer than the rear 2 door.

I'm running a 2015 JKU Rubi front driveshaft on my 2010 Sport 2dr- zero issues. At 4" you should probably check into the TF high angle kit with the new shaft or a custom shaft.

 

Fronts are the same 2dr and 4dr. Auto or Manual trans may be different.
