Directions are wrong. Put the spacer on then the isolator.

X2. Seat the Puck in then put isolator over it.

Really? Crap. Gotta' take it apart again. At least it was an easy job. When I get a chance I'll try that and give it a shot. Thanks for the tips.

Thanks guys. That solved my problem. Flipped them over and put my factory spacer on the coil itself and now there is zero noise again. Easy fix... thanks.

Well...............

I spoke too soon. The clanging noises are back.

Looks like I get to tear into my front end, again, and try to figure out WTF is going on. I never imagined that tiny little 3/4" spacers would upset this baby so much.

I may have found my problem. More loose nuts from the factory. My oil drain plug was finger-tight when I got this jeep, now when I bounce up and down on the front bumper...i can watch the upper sway connections move around loosely. WTF? Did they fall asleep on the assembly line? The nuts I have never touched are loose. That's scary...

Just put the exact same lift on yesterday. Haven't driven it yet, but I hope I don't have the same issues!

I read that some JKs were recalled because of improperly torqued front suspension components. Apparently they never got the problem solved.
