Ok so with a bit of work you should be able to make the AFE fit your 2 door just fine. I have heard both up close and the 3 inch just sounds way better then the 2.5 inch tubing is all. it is a deeper sound and doesnt sound ricey at all. The muffler you are putting on is what is causing your back pressure the size of the tubing really is just giving you the resonance after that really. I welded my new exhaust on and honestly I had to trim a few inches off on my 4 door to make everything fit up nicely and sit on the stock hangers nicely. The 2 door im sure you could make it fit just fine if you are even semi handy with a cut off wheel and then clamp or weld it all up.

There are plenty of other options but most all regardless of who makes them will need a bit of love to make them fit perfect no matter what.

hell if i have to cut and weld something thats off the shelf - ill go have a system custom bent for a hell of a lot less !
