To me a body lift is a waste of time and money. Just add a 1" spacer to your coils if your looking for a bit more heigth.

Are you just wanting more clearance? What size tires?

I have 3" suspension lift with a 1" BL. Don't go over 1-1.5 for a body lift. If you search some of my posts you can see my jeep pics.

Body lifts are a great option for a bit more ride height especially if you have your suspention dialed in the way you like it and dont want to mess withthe geometry. I have a 1.25" BL on top of my 3" lift and it looks great the jk looks way more tolerable with a BL then the older models like the tj. I dont think I would go over 1.25 though

I have a 4.5" suspension lift and I just installed a 2"body lift 3 weeks ago and I love it no problems at all. I got the gap guards also and when I ask people what they think they can't even tell there's a gap
