3" Lift plus 35's = Driveline issues???
I am getting ready to purchase the Zone 3" lift kit and put on 35's. I have tried several searches, but have not gotten the info I am looking for. Will the lift plus tires cause driveline issues under normal offroad conditions. No extreme rock crawling. I have an Unlimited w/6spd and 4.10's. Thank you for any help.

no. being that you have an unlimited with a 6-speed, you will be just fine.
BTW - just out of curiosity, can i ask what made you decide to go with this kit?

just a note...
tire size will not effect drive line angles, and most report problems with drivelines on lifts over 4 inches.
Don't go forward based on the stated lift, rather than the measured lift. 3 inch springs will most likely give you 4 inches of measured lift (mine did) and many 4 inch lifts have given reported 5 inches and more.
I have 3 inch springs that have a real measured 4 inches of lift, and I have had no drive line issues over 17k miles.

Same question, but have a 2 door
So I am new to the forum and after a year running stock, I have gotten the itch to get working on my JK. I am also looking at the running the Zone 3" lift with 35s. I also would like to add a 3/4" or 1" body lift for extra clearance. I have a 2 door x, 6speed and was wondering what other issues i should deal with before getting the lift... re-gearing, disconnects, trac-bar, control arms? I have looked at many posts and can't seem to find a solid answer...I generally drive highway miles and go wheeling on mostly mild trails, no rock crawling. Please let me know any suggestions, basically I want to have a good ride quality but have better off-road ability.

i've been wanting to ask this, but never have...
"usually" the driveshaft on a manual tranny is LONGER than an auto.
so, are the driveshafts for the JKs the same for both?
(not 2dr vs 4dr)
