3" stretch
I I'm seriously considering doing a 3" stretch. I have a 3.5 RK lift and would be upgrading the rear to the 3link long arm stretch. Looking for pics before and after and assessment of on road and Offroad improvement.

A lot of work for minimal gain. I assume you are looking at a rear 3 link. Are you going to keep the rear shocks out back? If only doing 3" of stretch I would do the front as it will give you more performance gains then pushing the rear back.
I though I read that but I don't recall finding an obvious conclusion of don't do it. Really struggling on this. The suspension isn't that bad. But when you add in corners and all four flares it's a big ticket!
I was going to 3" rear and hopefully get 1" in front.

You could simply stretch the front 3" and move the rear back 1" for a more simple and cheaper set up that will perform better with better approach angles. On the rear I would also cut off the lower arm mount and replace them with heavy duty ones that are higher up on the axle to give you more clearance and allow you to run the same length control arms if you want. Further saving you money on new lower arms. You would be able to retain the rear driveshaft but up front you will be looking at a longer shaft.
I started out with an off the shelf 3" stretch system and it evolved from there. It is now on a custom Rock Krawler Offroad Pro that is pushed 2" front and 4" rear. The thing works amazing offroad.
Is it a lot of work? Sure it is, but if you're researching this I assume you already realize this. Crawler Conceptz is making the corners to cover the stretch now which covers that headache that those of us before you had to work around.
