Move the steering box, track bar mount, and run coil overs or ORI struts up front.

Or just sell the damn thing and buy a 4 door and be done with it. You won't regret it then.
I have a buddy with a 2 door and he can't get up any obstacles that I can. He struggles sooo much at places like Moab, Colorado and Smorr.

It would seem you do not understand approach, departure and break-over angles. Can't help but laugh at your last sentence.

Nope. I don't. But I am learning about it. Got a bunch of books and reading material so I don't get myself in a pickle of a situation

Ok back on track. I'm not doing a 6" stretch. I'm interested to here from anyone that has done a 3". Worth it?

Ive followed 3-4 members here and their build threads as I will be doing a stretch on my Jeep as well. Ill be going 3 up front and around 6-8 in the rear. Do the front 3 inches and do it right, it will also be cheaper than stretching the rear. The RK kit will already push the rear axle back an 1inch, giving you 4 inches of stretch right there. If you want more, then you can go the custom route on the rear as the front is already done. This way you're not spending a ton of money to do a 3 inch rear stretch only to re do it all over again for more.

How is a 3" front so much cheaper? Honestly I'm game but no idea where I would even start!
Relocate steering box
Len then steering shaft?
Relocate front trackbar bracket?
Add cool overs?

Below is what Dirtman posted in here earlier. I would contact RK to double check but you should be able to use their long arms and still do the stretch. RiverCityOffroad could probably help answer that too.

The rear you will have to start looking into cutting into the body itself to clear bigger tires after pushing the axle back, new rear corners to cover your now cut body, and add more money if you're going to add flares to those rear corners because of local laws. Save on that last part if you don't run flares added onto the rear corners like RiverCityOffroad build, but his is trailered. Plus if you're wanting to run coil overs in the rear as well, mounting options for those vary from outboard to inboard.

Here is how to move the steering box. Moving the steering box forward for a front stretch.
Took me about 2 hours to do.
The track bar is pretty simple too just pick up a bracket and weld it on. Coil over mounts and your choice of coil over, strut, or air shock is pretty simple and takes less time then cutting the rear tub and adding armor.
