Default 33" pro comp xtreme mt
Can I install 285/75-r16 pro comp xtreme mud terrains with pro comp 8089 rims with 4.5" back spacing on my 4dr sahara jk without a lift?

Yes, you can but you may experience some minor rubbing on the air dam at a full turn as well as some on the fenders at a full flex.
