Default 33" Wheel Combo Question?

I may take advantage of the Sears Black Friday deal tomorrow -- $100 Sears Reward card + 6 month no interest financing.

From the research I've done, I would want:

Rims: 16 X 8 with 4.5" backspacing
Tires: Duratrac 285 X 75 X 16

I have a stock 2012 JKU. My goal is to have minimal rub problems and try to avoid a lift if possible.

Do these specs look right? If not, what would you suggest changing?

I'll probably buy flat fenders or chop mine. Though I shouldn't be allowed to use power tools that cut things...

I had a similar setup for about a week before I got a BB. You will have only minimal rubbing at full turn or flex. A bit of trimming and you should be good.
