yes, but if they can get a 32" you would have only about a 3% difference in read speed and distance traveled. so at 55 you would actually be doing a 56.7.
when i got my jeep my tires were a about a whole 29" tall. so when i installed 33" tires on mine, the difference was quite a bit. at 55 i was actually traveling 62.7 mph. a difference of 14%.
The problem is finding a dealer who will flash your computer to a 32" tire size. by doing that they are then in the know that the odometer is not and will not be reading correctly, causing a problem. that is illegal. if you do it to your vehicle, and sell the vehicle and not admit openly and honestly to it, you are tampering with the read mileage of the odometer.
