Default 33's Rubbin

So I put a set of Duratracs (275/70R18) on my Jeep yesterday and have come to find out that I've got some rubbing at full lock.

What are my choices for fixing this (other than smaller tires lol)? Will a 1.5" spacer be sufficient? I will be putting a 2.5" lift on but don't have the cash for it right now....Just curious what is the best option.

Or add a washer behind your steering stops...

1.5" spacers will fix the rubbing as far as the sway bar is concerned BUT you will rub the center-upper-outer lip on the fenders at full compression.

Good to know. Shouldn't be a problem as the snow will be falling soon and I won't be doing much wheeling that will be flexing the suspension until after I get the lift put on. Guess I'll see what I can find for spacers around here.

Any recommendations?

I did the RC 1.5" spacers. They are great, hub centric just like the spidertrax. Oh and I think they are only 59 per pair!

I just bought a set of 1.5 Spidertrax on their website for $79 a pair. You have to look in the closeout section for the blemished ones to get them for $79 otherwise they are $99. You can't see any difference on the blems other than a scratch or scuff and they still have a lifetime waranty. Spidertrax are quality all the way from what I can see.

Spacers for sure. Cheap and if they are quailty and torqued correctly safe.

X2 on the 1.5 inch spidertrax... I just ordered a set of 285 duratracs and I will be running them on the stock rims because I like the way they look. I also had to get the spidertrax, and that should fix your issue.. Good luck
