I have a 6 spd and 35's and Superchips programmer, I do notice a slight loss of power on the highway, but it's still very driveable. Will re-gear when i wear out my 35's and go to 37's with flat fenders - thats down the road tho!
You may end up needing a 2" rear extended bumpstops.
You'll need either wheel spacers or aftermarket wheels with 4.75" or less backspacing.
Depending on your wheel backspacing, you may need to adjust your steering stops.
If you still have the front lower stock plastic air dam, you will need to trim the ends.
If you try to wheel in the rocks with 35s and 3.21 gearing, get used to a burning clutch smell. If you wheel frequently in technical rock terrain, you will end up frying the clutch and possibly the transmission if you wait too long to regear.

Having an automatic vs. a 6 speed is a big difference when regearing. Automatics are way more forgiving. With 35's he wants 4:88's or even consider 4:56's depending on driving habits and driving terrain.
