AEV lifts seem to be good also. Though the Bilsteins along with the AEV coils seem to be a little bit more on the firmer side.
Rough Country tends to be the junk of lifts. Leaking shocks, sagging coils, brackets, rough ride, ect. On the plus side, they seem to have a very customer service.
Personally, my favorite is Metalcloak. But once again, this is just my opinion.

Mine has the rubicon 3.5, got it put on at the dealership. Oh, also consider the spare tire carrier with the size of the wheel and extra weight. You will have to upgrade and move the 3rd brake light. Like I mentioned before, my 11 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 had 20's and I wouldn't have it any other way but when I went to price new tires for it I wanted to cry. My Jeep is way better riding on the 17's and it's a DD.

Maybe I'm crazy but mpg really is not a big deal. Now I'm just using it as a second vehicle, usually run it a few nights to do stuff after work and then on weekends. After the mods went on I ran it on the highway at 60-70 mph, and was reading 18-19 mpg. I don't have a lot of stop and go run around the corner driving but that comes in around 15-16 mpg. Adding the stabilizer for the steering was a plus for handling but that did run me an extra $400.

Steveups- seems like your getting 35" fever. Don't forget to factor in some type of carrier, that's another $500~$1,500. Some get lucky and the tailgate doesn't pop rivets while others are not so lucky.
When reading others mpg, remember that California has hills.

Two good points by black rock, hills will make a diff for sure. Should have mentioned I'm in flat Fla. The point about the heavier rack is also a cost you need to factor in in order to hang that 35" off the back.

Teraflex lifts seem to be pretty good except it seems their coils tend to sag under weight.
