35's and 3.73 gears no problem?
That's another reason I decided to upgrade gears, other than TT up front. I plan to start doing some long road trips and did not want trans going in and out of OD. It nice now around town also, and on the little hills it would shift to 3rd and now it just keeps getting it in 4th.
I have been running 35s with 3.73s in my automatic for 5 months. Definitely noticed a difference when the lift and larger tires were installed. The Superchips helped, but I know its only a temporary solution. I think for now it is manageable but I am considering regearing soon - just need to figure out what ratio
I've got 33's with 3.73's in hilly Pittsburgh PA. Even with a Procal there is a noticeable (decline) difference in power.
A set of cryogenic 4.56's are in my basement waiting for my 35's!

I have stated on other threads about this but I had 321s manual and didn't notice to much outside of 6th gear not being able to be used. It wasn't bad just wasn't great. I regeared to 456 in December. Let me just say that I have no Idea why I waited at all. Oh and I had 33s at the time. Now on 35s and the gears. I can roll right down the highway if I want at around 80mph and am at around 2900 rpms. First is short but I could care less. Makes driving my jeep so much more enjoyable. Yes it is pricey but it is one I now can justify on any future Jeeps.
I did forget to mention I have a procal tuner and set the tire height to 33.5 as they measured from the ground to top of the tire, that seems to help with auto transmission shifting and got my speedo correct
I have 35s and just regeared 2 weeks ago. Went from 3:73s to 4:88s. I have a 2 dr auto. When I had 3:73s I mostly had trouble on long gradual inclines. Gears continued to shift, trying to find the right spot. I did run 3:73s for about 6 months and also took the rig out wheeling. It did fine wheeling, no issues.
I have to tell ya, the 4:88s made a significant difference! No issues at all. My gas mileage, after 150 miles of freeway drive, is 16.5. Slightly better than with 3:73s, but not as good as stock. All in all, very pleased. Original power is back,,,,,,hope this helps.

Thank you for the clarification. Jeep had the MY 2015 'puters locked up again.. AEV finally has a ProCal for the 2015. Sounds like you have it all sorted out. Great to hear 'life is good for ya"!
35's and 4:10 out here in Montana and it can be a dog! Course I'm working with a 3.8L just a lot of hills and mountains and gradual inclines... If you lived somewhere hilly I defiantly wouldn't recommend it. Flat lands I couldn't see it being a problem...
I'm running 35 toyo mts comps measured out at 34.5 new, with 3:73 gear, auto trans, 3.8L. In town it's ok, on the highway it sucks. I can't even run the speed limit on I-8 (75mph). As for wheeling we have a lot of rock in southern Arizona, and 4 high is worthless. But 5.38s are sitting on my work bench just waiting for time to install them. Hopefully I'll be happy.
