I installed it myself. I took it to a shop and had the front & rear track bar axle brackets welded afterwards (they bolt up too, so it's safe to do it that way).

I'd be careful trying to run 15" wheels with the RK tie rod set-up, the heavier tie rods ends are pretty close to the inner bead area of my 16" wheels
Awesome info man. Your jeep looks sick btw. Is yours the 3.5 mid arm or 3.5 mid arm flex system?

I left out, my fiance drives my Jeep alot. She will sometimes drive it to work, so roadability and having it feel safe is a big factor for me also. My Sahara was on 18" wheels stock but I'm just going to put 17" wheels on it.

I only have my lift on right now, just got my bumpers on, my tire carrier is going on tomorrow. Next thursday and Friday my gears, gussets, ball joints, sleeves, diff covers are going on.
Then I'm putting on my 37's. I wanted to go with KM2's but will likely just go with BFG all terrains. That choice is because the reality is I'm on road more often then not.
The lift by the way is fabulous. Everything went on and together with out a problem. All components have performed great.

I'm running stock tierod ends, so far no problem but they are easy enough to swap down the road when needed.

If I was to run 37s I would run the km2 myself just because they run a little small I believe once the weight of the jeep is on them they measure out to about 35.5. I had a buddy that was running the 35s on his LJ and I swore they were 33s I had to look at the side wall but sure enough they were 35s.

I've seen and heard the same thing. It isn't an easy descision and more than likely will come down to which ones are in stock when I order them.

I did ponder this myself. I plan on going to 35s.

35s is a great size and it would make the Jeep BIG. I think the expenses related to 37s is too much. And too much risk.

My jeep with a 2" BB with 33s is at level or higher than most pickup trucks. When I go up to 35s it'll be a big looking Jeep.

I agree with you about your jeep looking big. With you having a two door, you are probaly a better point of reference for the OP. I have an unlimited, 35's look good but 37's look even better. lol!

it just depends on you man. Everyone will tell you what they think, but it's your money and your rig. I'm running 35's with stock 3.73 gears for over a year now. my personal opinion is that a 2 dr looks bad ass on 37's , but myself I would rather build up my rig and keep my 35's. My buddy says " when your 37's can get over something my 35's can't, I will buy 37's." firm believer myself. Good luck with your decision.
