So get the psi right and rotate, I haven't rotated em since I got it and I've put 8k on em...

Yes. I rotate mine every 4K miles and they're wearing evenly.

So its well past time for a rotation.. I get I can jack up each side on the front and jack stand them and use the jack in the back under the chunk and have all four up

Yes. You may want to get in the habit of rotating them with each oil changes

What may happen if they aren't balanced immediately.. I will have to wait til tomorrow and I will have to go about 30 miles to do it...

If you don't balance immediately you will be fine for 30 miles. But you want to get them balanced soon because they will not wear evenly.
