Default I need more flex

So here's the deal. I am a college student, so I dont have alot of money to invest in my jeep. I am running a 2.5 in lift with 35's on a 2 door JK. When i trimmed my fender flares, my rear tires were rubbing hard on my rear wheel well so i bought bumpstops to prevent this from happening. I no longer run in the rear, but i also have NO flex at all. What can I do for a little more flex? I was thinking about maybe trimming the wheel well and adding a 1 inch body lift. Oh and I almost forgot, I already have 1in teraflex coil spacers in the rear.

I would just take care of the inner wells by trimming additional plastic and very likely the upper pinch seam. I have the same lift as you, same problem. No additional spacers though.

Did you disconnect the front? If so go to longer shocks or shock extensions.

Disconnect your shocks and sway bars then find a spot to flex it out. Have a buddy watch as you flex so you dont overextend you your brakes lines. When you reach the limit point of flex from the brake lines you can take some measurements for new shocks. It helps if you unclip the lines to and let them droop. The stock arms will flex quite far, obviously the joints will wear faster. We do this for all of the kits at our place, to be honest the stock arms on the JK's are pretty damn good.

Brand new base jk with all stock arms, just disconnected and 2.5" coils. Flexes pretty good for very little work. Minimal trimming on body for 37's, fenders were off for checking clearance.

Same strategy front or rear. Your shocks and brake lines are limiting your droop. Plenty of performance left in your stock arms if you look for it.

From your description, you want specifically more up travel, not down travel. Is this correct?
