Question 35's on stock suspension

ok, i know i have read several posts about low cog builds in the past, but i have searched and searched and i can't find what i'm looking for. i know i could just PM planman but i want this to be available for others in the future and i'd also like to hear what everybody has to say. currently, i am running a 1" bl with chopped fenders and a stubby front bumper. i know i will need to trim the pinch seams and rubi rails, but what else would be needed to run 35's? i plan on 35x12.50x15 pitbull rockers on 15x8 crager v-5's with 3.75" backspacing. i already have 4.10's and a manual, so gearing won't be an issue. if anybody has any photos of a similar setup please post em up. thanks in advance for any help

In addition to the body lift, U will need flat fenders for sure and extended bump stops from what I have heard.

However, in the rear you should consider 1"-1.5" extended bumpstops, or you may need to trim more than just the front lower edge of the rear fender well pinch seam.

With 3.75" backspaced wheels you won't need as much rear extended bumpstopping as with 4.5" backspaced wheels.

Go ahead and put the 35s on, and then make adjustments as you go.

A 1" rear extended bumpstop is not a really big deal, but if it takes more, I would either cut or do a BB with the taller rear bumpstop.

What if you have a Teraflex leveling kit any issues their?

thanks for all of the feedback. i love this forum! i think my setup with the 3.75" backspacing is what i'll go with and start trimming as needed. if needed i can snag a set of pucks to give that extra bit of clearance. i want to avoid an actual lift since eventually i'll be running 37's but right now i don't have the money for any of the 3"-3.5" lifts i want. i don't want to pay money for something i'll be removing later, but if i go with pucks i can always use them later to correct for sag or excessive weight.
now all i have to do is save up for the 35's and wait for these damn rubi tires to wear out

Why wait for the rubi tires to wear out? There is an incredible market for used tires. Use the money u get from the tires to put towards new ones. If u wear them down too far, they are worth nothing. I always sell tires well before they are useless for this reaso, plus heavly used tires suck off road.

the biggest reason is that my stockers are pretty heavily scarred from wheeling. one has a very slow leak and the rest have so many scratches, gouges, and small chunks missing that i wouldn't feel right selling them to somebody.
